Delivery

Delivery charges on small order values may seem high.
Whilst we apologise for this, it is unavoidable due to the cost of processing low value orders. All products on ToolTrolley are priced extremely competitively, and this leaves very little margin to absorb our processing costs from low value orders. Once again, we apologise for what may appear to be high charges, but these do reduce to as low as zero as your order value increases.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses.
All deliveries must be signed for on receipt, and will therefore not be left unattended. Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours. If you need to make any special arrangements with us for your delivery please contact our Customer Care team on 01745 361010 immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, that's why we have made it so easy for you to return any item you are not satisfied with.

Our 14 day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just return it to us unused and in its original condition and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also refund any delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.

All refunds will be automatically credited back to your card within 30 days from receipt of any items returned.

To arrange a return please phone our Customer Care team on 01745 361010, explain your circumstances and your reason for returning the item, they will then issue you with an authorisation number.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
